Manager, Enterprise CAB

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings

Assess the quality of high-risk changes submitted by CABs

Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria

Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers and stakeholders

Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms

Manage operational parameters of change enablement practices within ITSM tool

Requirements

Experience in IT change management

Facilitating decision-making committees

Coordinating cross-functional processes

Strong ability to manage group dynamics

Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Advanced proficiency in French and English
