Job Overview
The Manager, Enterprise Applications provides senior leadership for resources across Aurecon’s core application enablement services, ensuring scalable, secure, high-quality delivery of enterprise platforms such as Workday, Dynamics, Proteus and ServiceNow. The role builds and continuously improves delivery capability within Finance Systems, People Systems, Project Systems, Enterprise Systems and Client Operations.
Responsibilities
Organisational Leadership
Ensures delivery processes, resource utilisation and engineering practices support predictable and high-quality outcomes and service performance.
Integrated Delivery
Enables integrated delivery through capability enablement across applications and squads, contributing to dependency awareness with Product Leads and PPMs.
