Lumwana Mining Company seeks to recruit a highly motivated and committed employee for the position of Engineering Manager to lead this journey, taking LMC's engineering and maintenance function from where it is today to the world class asset it will become. This is a transformational leadership role, not a steady state one.
The successful candidate will hold single accountability for the engineering and maintenance of both the fixed plant (copper process plant) and the full Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) and Light Mobile Equipment (LME) fleets, and will build the organisation, systems, and reliability culture needed to sustain a near doubling of the operation.
