Manager, Engineering Field Services (Metro Vancouver)

Responsibilities

The Manager of Engineering Field Services leads the development, implementation, coordination and sustainment of engineering field services. This ensures CMBC assets operate safely, reliably and efficiently to deliver a transportation service model that is integrated within a multi‑jurisdictional environment. The manager develops, approves and monitors Transit Centre fleets, related asset performance and KPIs such as reliability and availability. The manager investigates asset failures and maintenance trends and implements corrective actions or recommends rectifications. The manager supports the introduction of new assets and technologies into operation and monitors regulatory and maintenance programs for compliance.
