**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs from concept, design, validation, and launch.
+ Develop and manage program timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
+ Possess a strong understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering processes.
+ Design & development of structural parts/ chassis of air-conditioners
+ Development of tool & mould for sheet metal & plastic components
+ Guidance to team - structural design engineering
+ Design reviews & action planning
+ Good knowledge of part costing & cost anaylsis
+ Management of CAD resources, allocation of the work & guidance
+ Material analysis & selections for tool, mould.
+ DFM & A for structural parts.
+ Structural testing & analysis of parts, products
