Responsibilities
- Own the engineering roadmap, standards, lifecycle strategy, and technical direction for end‑user technology platforms, including endpoints, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, email, print, audio‑visual, and meeting‑room technologies.
- Lead desktop client engineering: OS standards, endpoint configuration, device policies, application packaging, endpoint management, automation, and hardware lifecycle planning.
- Engineer, optimize, and govern Microsoft 365 services, including productivity, collaboration, identity integration, email services, policy configuration, feature adoption, and platform modernization.
