Manager, Employee Services

We are seeking an experienced Manager to co‑lead our Employee Services team in SingHealth HQ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and manage all benefits administration matters, including medical benefits, leave benefits, staff identification and insurance‑related matters. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will drive innovative projects that advance and support our Human Resources strategic vision.

What You’ll Do

• Administer Leave and Medical Benefits: Manage and oversee leave and medical benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, timely submission of reports, and prompt payments to service providers.
• Analyse Data: Analyse benefits utilisation and costs, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare clear dashboards and reports for HR leadership decision‑making.
