Our Chalk River location is looking for a Manager, Employee Health and Wellness , to lead the development, implementation, and communication of corporate Health and Wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Managing the design, development and integration of programs, including the development of policies and procedures to ensure continuing suitability and applicability to achieve best practices.
• Providing strategic direction in the undertaking of consultations, the determination of needs, the anticipation of requirements, and the development of multi-year occupational health and wellness program strategies, resource requirements and work plans.
