- Lead a team of 3–5 members and oversee global–regional container management, taking full accountability for approximately USD 150M in annual operating expenses while ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets, strong cost control, and optimal ROI on container assets.
- Management global-regional container inventory, including real time monitoring of balances, utilization rates, dwell times and performance metrics to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize idle/inefficient containers.
- Strategize, plan and direct the distribution of empty containers in the most optimal, cost‑efficient and sustainable ways to cover forecasted demand, balance surplus/deficit areas while reducing empty repositioning cost.
