Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all quality aspects of transformer design, from concept evaluation to final design approval.
  • Establish and enforce Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IEC/IS standards, and customer specifications during the design stage.
  • Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety.
  • Work closely with Production, Supplier Quality, and After-Sales to integrate feedback into future designs and prevent recurring issues.
  • Lead resolution of design-related customer complaints with RCA and effective CAPA implementation.
  • Promote automation, digital simulation, and advanced modeling techniques for design validation.
  • Enquiry support for order booking
