- Academic degree in industrial, chemical or environmental engineering or an equivalent education; specific training in management systems.
- At least 5 years in a similar position in a multinational company, specifically leading an EHS department in an industrial environment and manufacturing plant.
- Team leading experience with setting high goals and expectations, guiding others toward the most important objectives, conveying a vision so that it is tangible and actionable to others and consistently restating and reinforcing the strategic direction.
