Drive Regional eCommerce & Marketplace Growth
Lead the execution of APAC eCommerce and marketplace growth strategy to accelerate topline performance, expand channel footprint, and drive sustainable profitability while preserving a premium brand experience.
- Implement regional eCommerce and marketplace strategies across APAC, including platform prioritization, go-to-market approach, expansion roadmap, and growth acceleration plans.
- Support markets in building strategic and operational business cases for new marketplace and eRetail door openings in line with global guidelines, include but not limited key regional presence platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and key local eRetail partners (Rakuten, Naver, LINE…)
- Monitor P&L and drive sustainable sales and profitability growth across marketplace channels through effective commercial and operational governance.
