Position Summary
The Manager, DtC Data Analytics reports to the Director, DtC Strategy & Planning and plays a pivotal role in driving data‑driven decision‑making for the Omnichannel (eStore and SES stores) business. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and deriving actionable insights from core KPIs (Sales & Profit, Marketing Performance, Site Performance, Partner Operational KPIs) to optimize performance and measure the impact of digital programs, products, and customer experiences.
