Manager Discipline Engineering

Job Purpose

Manage and control all Discipline Engineering activities pertaining to the successful delivery of the HQ managed Project Integration portfolio including both national and projects executed in co‑operation with Joint Venture partners.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead Discipline Engineering integration within the TAPI projects and provide direction and advice on all projects in the DS project funnel managed by the TAPI, both nationally in relation to Discipline Engineering matters and project management.
• Lead project teams together with other TAPI disciplines, contractors and partner staff to deliver optimal technical solutions on a broad range of petrochemical investment projects.
• Ensure that designs and proposed solutions are achievable and consistent in their approach across the project portfolio and aim to deliver maximum value to the company.
