Job Description

As a member of the onsite services team, you will provide technical support and operational excellence for IT services across Southeast Asia.

How You Will Contribute

• Provide overall leadership for IT onsite services and support all IT infrastructure setups, including networks, hosting, end-user computing, telephony, and video conferencing.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all ITS Onsite service-related items in the country and drive ITS global and regional initiatives locally.
• Support local business needs to ensure high-quality IT support.
• Coordinate effectively with service desks, regional and global IT teams, and in-country business partners.
• Maintain healthy working relationships with local business stakeholders and both local and global vendors.
