Some Action was launched in early 2024 by Ollie Hodge, following more than two decades in A&R at Warner Chappell, Columbia, and Polydor. The label’s debut signing, Good Neighbours, released their breakthrough single Home, which went on to become one of the most successful debut tracks by a British artist that year. The current roster is McGrath, JP O’Grady and L.Devine, and it is actively growing.

The Position
The Digital Marketing Manager will work across our artist roster. The role sits across online strategy, content creation and community building for our roster of artists.
