Overview
Reporting to the Director of Digital Acceleration and Initiatives, the Manager of Digital Strategy and Innovation leads the planning, design, and implementation of CAMH’s digital transformation agenda. This role translates strategic vision into actionable initiatives that enhance care delivery, improve system integration, and foster a culture of innovation. The Manager works collaboratively with stakeholders across CAMH to align digital strategy with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring digital innovation strengthens organizational goals. The Manager proactively identifies emerging technologies and builds partnerships with government, health system leaders, hospitals, community organizations, vendors, and other key stakeholders, influencing which solutions the hospital adopts and extending that influence across the broader mental health sector.
