Overview
The Manager Digital Distributors is accountable for establishing, transforming, and accelerating the digital business of our company’s distributor partners in the SEA region, serving as a bridge between Crocs and distributors’ internal digital teams. The function works hand in hand with the regional commercial leads, providing consulting and hands‑on support regarding business plans, distribution agreements, commercial targets, and performance measurement. Key levers for accelerated digital growth include Digital Analytics, Go-to-market, Merchandising, Digital marketing, On-site merchandising, and UX.
