Manager, Data Infrastructure

Role Description

As the Manager of Data Infrastructure, you will be the primary architect and technical lead for the agency’s data backbone. Your mission is to transition the department from service‑based reporting to a product‑led infrastructure. You will oversee the design, scalability, and security of our data environments, ensuring that technical workflows are robust, automated, and capable of supporting advanced AI and measurement methodologies. While this is a deeply technical role, you will also act as a key client‑facing leader, serving as the crucial bridge who translates complex data engineering into actionable business value and strategic insights for our brand partners.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience. This is a new vacancy.
