You will lead a team of analysts delivering data‑driven insights to support business performance, operational efficiency, account retention, and strategic decision‑making. This role combines hands‑on analytics, team leadership, and executive‑level reporting. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert for enterprise analytics platforms, data pipelines, and business intelligence tools, ensuring alignment between analytical outputs and business priorities.
Location: Toronto office with in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: Senior Manager, Data Analytics.
Posting Type: Replacement.
Salary Range: $118,000 – $154,000 (base). Total compensation may include variable or discretionary incentive components such as bonuses and commissions. Individual offers are determined by experience, education, skills, certifications and business needs.
