Responsibilities

• Work with cross‑functional senior stakeholders to generate business analysis and insights that improve commercial outcomes.
• Build machine learning models to sharpen targeting of customers/producers who need enhanced monitoring, and improve/automate existing workflows.
• Build or enhance dashboards to better measure the effectiveness of all customer outreach initiatives and producers’ productivity.
• Work with data engineers to enhance and/or fix errors in tables within data marts and data warehouse.
• Identify new triggers or enhance existing triggers to improve customer engagement/targeting.
• Continuously identify better ways of working within the team, including the automation of existing scripts or workflows.
