The Manager, Cost Control & Management Centre of Excellence (COE) is part Group Enablement Services (GES) at Standard Chartered GBS. The role will be supporting Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to enable business owners, function heads, and senior management with data and analysis support to understand, assess, verify, and challenge cost, investment, portfolio, and expense related aspects.
