Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to support Vistra’s inorganic growth strategy by providing analytical and execution support across M&A transactions, divestments, and other strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior Corporate Development team members and stakeholders across Vistra’s global business, the role will contribute to the evaluation, execution, and successful completion of transactions that strengthen Vistra’s presence across existing and new geographies, product and service categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Pipeline Support: Help maintain the M&A target pipeline, including data capture, tracking, and periodic updates for reporting.
