As Manager, Content and Channels, you will collaborate with the AstraZeneca Corporate Communications team and Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) network to deliver high-quality digital communications that build reputation, earn trust, and drive impact. Working independently and under the direction of the Head of Corporate Digital Communications, you will execute our digital and social media content and channel strategy, support editorial processes, drive effective content operations, publish content, and oversee community management and engagement.
Accountabilities
Working closely with our moderation engagement agency, you will ensure active community management, proper reporting of adverse events and product issues, and proactive issue monitoring and mitigation.
