Manager - Connectivity Program Management

Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and develop a team of Project Managers within the Commercial Modifications Europe organisation based in Frimley, UK.

This role supports the Connectivity product line, which delivers Low Earth Orbit Connectivity solutions to airline customers worldwide. The successful candidate will report to the Global Connectivity Leader in Long Beach, California and will partner closely with the global team to support execution through the EASA certification pathway.

This position is responsible for leading project management personnel, driving execution discipline, supporting team development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements.
