Manager, Conferences Business Operations

We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Platform Success to help our Conferences teams and partners solve critical challenges and get the most out of our technology solutions. You’ll be a people leader responsible for partnering with cross‑functional teams to understand their goals, document their requirements and drive the execution of that strategy.

• Lead support for Conferences’ technologies to deliver key experiences and solve critical challenges.
• Interact with conference attendees and Gartner associates onsite to troubleshoot challenges remotely and onsite at conferences globally.
