Manager - Compliance & Quality Control (Full-Time)

As a Manager, Compliance & Quality Control you’ll lead initiatives related to policy compliance, operational audits, quality assurance reviews, risk management, reporting, process improvement, and regulatory adherence for the Environment Division, including our internal Laboratory Testing Services and the Municipal Drinking Water Licensing Program, while supporting performance and service excellence.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening compliance frameworks, enhancing quality control systems, and promoting a culture of accountability.

How You’ll Support the Team

• Participate, as part of the Infrastructure, Development & Operations Department Management Team, in the development and implementation of the Department’s strategic plan as it relates to the Compliance & Quality Control Section.
