Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive compliance support to the Head of Compliance, ensuring organization adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including AML/CFT/CPF compliance. This involves reviewing policies and procedures of business functions, providing compliance advisory on applicable laws and regulations, and managing regulatory reporting, including FATCA, CRS, and other requirements. Additionally, the role includes proactively identifying risks, implementing mitigating controls, identifying areas for improvement, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance overall compliance effectiveness.
