Manager, Compliance Frameworks and Policies

About the Role

As Manager – Compliance Frameworks and Policies, you will play a critical role in strengthening and embedding BOQ’s Compliance Risk Management Framework (CRMF) across the Group. Working within Line 2 Compliance, you will support the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of frameworks, policies, processes and initiatives that enable the effective identification, assessment and management of compliance and regulatory risks. This role is central to ensuring the bank meets its regulatory obligations while fostering a strong culture of compliance and accountability.

Partnering closely with the Senior Manager Regulatory Obligations and Change and the Senior Manager Compliance Frameworks, you will lead initiatives that enhance key CRMF capabilities, including obligations management, regulatory change, compliance training and compliance control libraries.
