Overview Manager, Compensation & Benefits
This role is responsible for administration and communication of compensation and benefits programs that support business strategy for our Mexicali, MX factory.
Aligns local practices to the integral Total Rewards strategies and local requirements.
Partners with Global Total Rewards team on the design and evaluation of Total Rewards programs that will attract, motivate, and retain talent in all areas of the business.
Responsible for HR Operations functions for the site including ensuring employee data accuracy in all systems, leave management, Time & Attendance, Reporting, and Employee Services.
Responsibilities In alignment with the Global Total Rewards team, drives compensation and benefits programs, analysis and practices for the Mexicali, MX site.
Reviews proposed pay changes for alignment with corporate philosophy, policies, and internal equity.
