The Manager, Compensation & HRIS is responsible for leading and evolving the organization’s compensation programs, HR technology ecosystem, and people analytics capabilities as an integrated strategic function.

This role exists to ensure Cirque operates with scalable, data-driven, and business-aligned people practices by bridging compensation expertise, technology capabilities, operational rigor, and actionable workforce insights.

The Manager translates business and HR priorities into sustainable programs, technology solutions, governance standards, and analytical capabilities that improve decision-making, employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

This role leads a multidisciplinary team across Compensation and HR Systems and acts as a critical partner to HR leadership, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders....
