+ The role is a partof the C&B India team and willhave the responsibility of managing the compensation and benefits related activities for the organization
+ This role will independently manage compensation consulting for the specific business in India, manage compensation analytics and benchmark studies along with projects

Provide recommendations andsupportdecision making for various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equityincreases, bonus buyouts, etc.) by utilizingsurvey sources, marketreferences, internal equity, and other data as appropriate
