Manager, Communications

A Communications Generalists Manager, COVEC is responsible for executing divisional specific communication plans.

Role

• Leads execution of strategies related to external and internal communications (including crisis management), as well as volunteerism, for the Covec Cluster based out of Bogota.
• Leads the creation of communication materials for internal and external audiences (e.g., customers, regulators, merchants, media, employees and sales force) and implements communication activities, events, influencers program within Covec cluster.
• Works collaboratively with other areas of the business to support awareness of Mastercard initiatives throughout the COVEC Cluster.
• Align Communications Strategy with Covec Cluster and Comms of South LAC Division and Region to increase synergies and effectiveness.
• Networks with stakeholders (e.g., communication departments of banks, ...
