Your job
In this role, you’ll manage a team of Client Success ICs (including potential Team Leads and Senior CSMs), driving performance through weekly 1:1s and team meetings focused on workload, KPIs, and impact. As a process-driven, results-oriented leader, you’ll partner across Client Success, Technology, and Sales to deliver high-quality service to Indeed’s PPC advertising clients within a global, metrics-focused environment. You’ll coach through real client engagements, elevate best practices, and continuously raise the bar on quality and outreach standards.
You’ll hold the team accountable to documentation, SLAs, quality benchmarks, and KPI outcomes — proactively addressing risks and celebrating success. Leveraging data to guide prioritization and resource allocation, you’ll maximize productivity and inform decision-making.
