About the Role

  • The Manager partners closely with internal Analytics, Planning, and Investment teams to develop cross‑media measurement strategy and support Associate Director(s) & Director leads.
  • The Manager will have one direct report and collaborate with another Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day operations within the Beauty & Wellbeing business unit for a large CPG.

Your Impact

  • Ensure proper data quality & compilation across portfolio for modeling solutions and daily reporting.
  • Support insight & action build for optimization on a weekly/monthly basis (micro and macro KPIs such as purchase intent rate, ROI, site side analytics).
  • Proficient with primary buying and ad‑serving tools (Prisma, Flashtalking (Innovid)).
  • Support design and manage research projects with clients (Kantar, Cint, Upwave, 1P AV partner studies).
