Manager, Central Planning (Monterrey)

Job Summary
The Central Planning Manager is responsible for a team that orders parts to the delivery phase of the purchasing process for parts supplied by their assigned suppliers for all production facilities.
The Central Planning Manager will be assigned a product group and will be expected to drive planning efficiency improvements, maintain build and ship performance for their segment, and reduce expedites.
Responsibilities
Multi‐Site planning and inventory responsibility
Manage OTS Supplier Performance
Manage/work with 3rd party logistics vendors
Analyze shortage database for product level trends, then define cross‐functional teams to address systemic / chronic performance issues
Analyze Inventory for opportunities to improve turns and identify excess at the product group level
Work with Logistics & Purchasing to drive item receipt efficiency without deleveraging logistics costs
