We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and optimize the Company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, tax, and compliance programs. This role is responsible not only for designing and enhancing compensation and benefits policies and practices, but also for actively managing and executing payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Our Team
The ideal candidate will have experience working in multinational organizations and possess strong expertise in expatriate payroll administration and individual income tax compliance. This position requires close collaboration with Global HR, Finance, external payroll vendors, and tax consultants to provide professional guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate business risks.
