Overview of the Role

WestJet is seeking a Manager, Capital & Fuel Accounting. Reporting to the Director, Commercial & Operations Accounting, this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting for the Capital and Fuel portfolio. The Manager leads a team of accountants and analysts, oversees month-end close activities, and provides expert guidance on complex accounting matters. Strong technical accounting judgment, systems and data problem solving, and the ability to partner with operational stakeholders are required.
