Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program setup for specialty pharmacy initiatives across health system partners
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and risk registers
- Conduct pre-launch readiness assessments including workflows, staffing, and training
- Coordinate complex workstreams across clinical operations, IT, EMR integration, and AI automation
- Oversee multiple concurrent implementations and track progress against milestones
- Deliver executive-ready status updates and facilitate governance meetings
- Analyze workflows and performance data to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
