Manager Business Integration

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Manager, Business Integration is responsible for integrating companies and assets related to acquisitions to the core business. The position works with functional departments and field operations to identify create the assimilation process for acquisitions to support the Company’s strategic operating model.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Creates an approach for acquisition integration programs and projects to support the Company’s strategic growth plan, including the financial returns, capital requirements, project risks and project management.
+ Collaborates with the business development team to support the acquisition pipeline and plan for integration activities.
+ Sets expectations and priorities; interacts with decision-makers to ensure required deliverables are met according to project timeline commitments.
