Manager, Business Continuity Management

Reporting to the Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer (CRSO), the BCM Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and continuous maturity of the Group’s Business Continuity Management programme across DRB‑HICOM Corporate Divisions and Operating Companies, ensuring alignment with the requirements of ISO 22301.

DRB‑HICOM Berhad (“DRB‑HICOM” or the “Group”) is one of the nation’s largest and most diversified conglomerates with 82 operating companies and a workforce of some 46,000 employees. The Group operates in six core sectors: Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Postal, Banking, Services, and Properties.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain the Group BCM Policy, Framework, Operational Procedures and Crisis Response Playbook, aligned to ISO 22301.
• Ensure yearly review of all BCM documentation across DRB‑HICOM.
