Key Accountabilities
Requirement Discovery – Lead structured requirement gathering with Business, Product, Operations, and IT stakeholders for Capex initiatives. Translate high‑level business objectives and investment cases into detailed functional and non‑functional requirements. Challenge ambiguity, assumptions, and incomplete inputs to ensure requirements are clear, measurable, and outcome‑driven.
Requirement Detailing – Documentation. Own the creation and maintenance of high‑quality requirement artefacts: BRDs, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are implementation‑agnostic, focused on what is needed rather than how it is built, and ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivery scope throughout the lifecycle.
