Objective:

To lead and drive omnichannel brand activation strategies across the GCC region by translating global commercial strategies into impactful local executions. The role focuses on increasing brand engagement, customer acquisition, store traffic, customer lifetime value, and purchase frequency through integrated campaigns, CRM initiatives, and customer-focused activations.

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Lead and manage brand activations across GCC markets including in-store experiences, member events, special initiatives, and personalized communications.

∙ Translate global commercial calendars into localized activation plans and provide feedback and market insights.

∙ Drive CRM initiatives to grow, activate, and engage customer databases.

∙ Manage activation budgets and ensure effective utilization.
