Plan annual/monthly intake of ITI Apprentices based on manpower requirementsSource apprentices through ITI institutes (Government & Private). Manage apprenticeship portals (e.g., NAPS/NATS)Build and maintain relationships with ITI colleges and placement cellsScreen, shortlist, and conduct selection processes (tests/interviews)Ensure onboarding within Apprentices Act guidelinesRegister contracts of apprenticeship-on-apprenticeship portalMaintain apprentice engagement and discipline during trainingMonitor stipend disbursement as per statutory normsEnsure compliance with Apprentices Act provisionsRecord maintenance & inspectionsGrievance Redressal & Conflict Resolution
