We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager – Bids to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end bid management process, overseeing proposal development, tender evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end bid process for bids from identification to award.
- Leads the development of technical and commercial proposals for the Middle East Civil Infrastructure business.
- Leads bid development, as well as hands‑on cost proposal development. This includes pricing, benchmarking and commercial leadership of the pursuit.
- Works in partnership with senior leadership to develop winning pursuit strategies, ensuring all elements are incorporated into proposals.
