As a dynamic and energetic professional, you will own the planning, implementation and overseeing of this chapter as part of the Benefits team. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, coach, support a high-performance operational team
- Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients
- Guarantee no revenue leakage in recharging Benefits to our Clients
- Improve, optimise on an ongoing basis processes, workflows and tools
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits
- Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows together with Product
- Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant together with Legal
