- Benefits Strategy & Design: Lead the design and optimization of employee benefits and wellbeing programs globally; align benefits strategy with global Total Rewards objectives and local market practices; utilize benchmarking, regulatory insights, and employee feedback to recommend new offerings and enhancements; serve as a strategic advisor to HR and leadership on benefits, market trends, and innovations.
