**JOB SUMMARY**
The Manager, B2B/B2C Activations serves as a cross-discipline connector in CALA Commerical Services to ensure that all B2B and B2C activations are leveraged and executed holistically for maximum impact and effectiveness. This role will oversee and coordinate all Commerical Services events, including partnerships, loyalty, sales, Marketing and Public Relations providing ‘airtraffic control’ and basic project management. The Manager, B2B/B2C activations manages the CALA event calendar, navigates a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, creates event timelines, is responsible for follow-up, oversees event budgets and may be tasked to execute some event elements on the ground.
