Role Summary:
The Manager, Audiences & Data Strategy serves as the strategic, technical, and analytical architect responsible for directing, governing, and measuring the data-driven audience ecosystem across Colgate Latin America brands. Sitting at the critical convergence of AdTech, MarTech, and paid media execution, this role owns the complete First-Party Data (1PD) lifecycle. As the regional business owner for the central marketing stack (CDP, DMP, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud), this position drives full-funnel programmatic and paid social media strategy to transform data streams into automated, actionable commercial insights.
