Responsibilities
- Lead the regional IT commercial strategy for LATAM
- Partner with Commercial and Regional leaders to translate business needs into effective IT solutions
- Oversee delivery of commercial systems and platforms
- Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution
- Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage regional budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional IT team
- Act as a change leader, supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT, digital, or technology roles
